Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours (3 business days) of receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a tracking code via email once your order has been shipped.

The carrier used for your shipment will be selected based on your delivery address and the most efficient service available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time through the carrier's tracking system.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier used:
- Belgium: 1-3 business days after dispatch
- Netherlands: 2-4 business days after dispatch
- European Union: 3-7 business days after dispatch
- International: 5-14 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.
International Orders
For international shipments, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.
